Our client is a well-known global leader in the Exploration & Production industry and they are looking for outstanding individuals to fill multiple Financial Analyst positions supporting various business lines within their organization. In these roles, you will play a vital part of the Controller’s organization, supporting their businesses around the world by ensuring accurate accounting and financial statements for all operations.
To be successful in this role, you should have the ability to learn accounting systems such as SAP and the capability to manage multiple monthly priorities and deadlines. Through the following activities, you will participate in business decisions, improve processes and work closely with both financial and business line operating management.
​JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree Required (Engineering Preferred).

7 + years of previous experience as a sales representative and/or sales manager within the manufacturing industry.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
-
Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.
-
Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
-
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
-
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
-
Work safely around equipment, tools, parts, machinery and material.
-
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
-
Knowledge about vibration dynamics and vibration troubleshooting preferred.
-
Proficient with all programs within Microsoft Office.
-
May require possible travel, domestic and internationally, up to 30 % per year.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Designs and implements sales strategy to achieve revenue objectives including that expand company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
-
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for customers, regions, and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products and services. Sets individual sales targets within sales team.

Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and ensues they have necessary resources to perform properly.

Assists with development of sales presentations and customer proposals.

Promotes the sales of company products and services through direct solicitation or assistance to other sales personnel or selling partners.

Develops concept of customers’ needs by studying company operations and interaction with customer to determine value added products and services.

Demonstrates the use of products and services to customers and potential customers
-
Identifies sales opportunities.

Investigates complaints and recommends or performs adjustment on products or equipment.
-
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Schedules and coordinates customer plant visit for presentation of products and services, demonstrations, and trial installation.

Consults with customers on use and proper maintenance of products.

Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

Oversees opportunity pipeline utilizing CRM and tracking performance metrics (E.g. Win Rate).

Assists with price list and field service rates.

Recommends and develops new applications or improvements for products.

Maintains cognizance of competitive market activities and rates; Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.

Provides acoustical and fan performance expertise, as needed.

Provides vibration analysis expertise, as needed.

Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Prepare and control sales budget.

Assists with the Development of promotional and marketing material.

Attends Trade Show and industry conferences.
