KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support & enterprise-level engineering for operation, administration, design, &
  implementation of all telecom technologies, including VOIP, IVR, desktop & mobile phones.

• Focus on telecom execution and deployment, while backing up operations, including support
  tickets.

• Coordinate with telecom vendors as necessary.

• Work closely with Analysts and Architects.

• Participate in change management and document all processes.

• Participate in on-call or after hours support for planned maintenance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

​

• 5+ years of professional experience with telecommunications technologies, ideally focused in
  Avaya.

• Professional experience with Avaya support and analysis preferred.

• Avaya CM (Communication Manager) preferred.

• General working knowledge of new hire creations, log-ins, site installs and phone moves.

• Must be able to effectively collaborate with all IT personnel to solve problems.

• Supporting telecom services in a high-volume call center preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Avaya and/or ITIL certifications preferred.

• Galveston, Texas (medical center area).

POSITION

​

• Direct or 3 months contract to permanent employee.
